highly recommend this course to anyone experiencing burnout or chronic stress! As
an executive, attorney, entrepreneur, and mother to two active boys, I am prone
to frequent burnout and chronic stress. I have found that creating a toolkit of
resources and a supportive community helps me work through stressful times with

easy choice to sign up. I knew that I would build both my toolkit and my
community of like-minded people. And I did! Each week we were provided with
high-quality written and recorded materials to move through the phases of
